Can you get furniture out of a second-floor apartment or up/down stairs?
Yes. Stairs and tight hallways are factored into your flat-rate quote up front, not added as a surprise fee once the crew arrives.
Do you donate furniture instead of dumping it?
Whenever a piece is in good condition, we prioritize donation and recycling over landfill. If keeping items out of the landfill matters to you, let us know when you book.
Do you take mattresses along with furniture?
Mattresses are handled through our dedicated Mattress Removal service — mention it when booking and we'll bundle it into the same pickup.
Can you pick up furniture the same day I call?
Most requests submitted before 1 PM get same-day pickup. If you call later in the day, next-day morning slots are usually available.
